November 2009 - Participating in National Novel Writing Month. 50,000 words in 30 days, this year in honor of my father who passed away on October 2nd.
August 2009 - Short story, "Not Broken," published in Wheelhouse Magazine and PRESS Anthology.
July 2009 - Elected chair of the newly-formed "Writers on the River." More information forthcoming.
June 28, 2009 - Writer's gathering in Corvallis, Oregon at Avery House at 2 pm. We'll be discussing the local writing scene, the potential for regularly scheduled local literary events, and anything else that strikes our fancy.
June 2009 - Working with the newly established Board of Directors of The Externalist Press to develop nonprofit documents and a short-term strategic plan. The Externalist itself will be undergoing a complete site redesign and changing formats in July. Keep an eye out for exciting developments.
